ClearBooks Accounting Software

ClearBooks is an online accounting system. That’s the boring bit!

The not boring bit is this:
Easy to use, easy to learn and adaptable
Support response time generally around 1 hour
Staff are fun and love their product
Did I say it’s easy to use because it is. Seriously easy to use. I regret not picking it up sooner. I can do all my accounts, salary stuff, it has a built-in crm and the software is Inland Revenue approved so you know it’s going to be easy to submit.

Ok back to the boring bit. The software has saved time and energy in managing our accounts and compared to previous accounting systems I have used it is light years ahead. And because it is online, our accountant, Director’s, administrator can all log in and see the state of our accounts.

Stating that your software is developed with the user in mind is a bit dangerous really. You could end up in deep water but with ClearBooks there can be no such worries. It really is developed with me in mind. I know they state there are 4000 other users but they must all operate like me! It is seriously spooky…. do you think they can read my mind?
