We have put service and communication at the heart of our business. One of the most frustrating experiences for providers and clients alike is the failure to communicate the progress of a case. Breakdowns in communication lead to unhappy customers and complaints. We minimise this by tracking every case to ensure strong service standards are maintained. In One Move is always on hand to step forward and trouble-shoot any problems that may arise.

The performance of individual panel members is monitored so you can have confidence in the recommendations you are making.

All fees are regularly monitored and set at competitive levels. All quotes include the fees and charges up-front to aid transparency. There are no hidden costs.

Reporting to you

The progress of each transaction can be monitored through the referral platform once the solicitor has been instructed.

Regular reports will be made available to you providing updates on all cases from application through to completion.
